When something turns out beautiful, why not try and replicate it?
This batch of Eleanor was finished in a stout barrel from our friends over at Acapon, and the moment this barrel was dumped it went right back to them so they can get another stout barrel aging. Taking a stout aged whiskey barrel and filling it back up with stout, potentially to fill it back up with whiskey afterwards? That’s ingenuity.
If you’d like to learn more about this process you won’t have to wait long, Saturday’s video will go through it in depth. Grab it while you can, because when the video launches it will be available for the general public.
