Shipping Policy: Bottle Restrictions

We are unable to ship bottled products, including but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, to any address within the United States. This is due to complex legal and regulatory restrictions surrounding the interstate and intrastate shipment of alcohol.

Here's why we cannot ship bottles:

  • Federal Law: The Twenty-First Amendment to the United States Constitution grants states the authority to regulate the sale and distribution of alcohol. This means each state has its own laws governing how alcohol can be shipped and delivered.
  • State Regulations: Complying with the varying regulations across all 50 states is incredibly challenging and can involve obtaining specific licenses and permits.
  • Carrier Restrictions: Major shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS have their own policies and limitations for handling alcohol shipments.

  • Pickup: You can pick up your bottle order in person at our location:
    • Any Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    • Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • A copy of your email confirmation receipt is helpful to expedite the pickup process. However, we can also look up your order by the billing name.
  • Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order on your behalf. The same identification requirements apply.
