Morning Boom is what happens when a naturally processed Ethiopian Guji spends time resting inside a
Crowded Barrel Whiskey Co. Bourbon of Magnificent Bastards cask.
Chocolate and caramel on the nose, with a nuttiness underneath. The palate opens with chocolate, then
blueberry cuts through — bright, a little unexpected. Oak settles in at the finish. A light roast that layers
quietly and still kicks.
Our roaster found strawberry candy, blueberry muffin, and creamed honey in the same cup. They're not
wrong. Taste is like that.
